1. Sealed Products - Final Sale
All products sold by Swivels Card Shop are sealed trading card products and are FINAL SALE.
This includes all:

Korean sealed products

Chinese sealed products

English sealed products
Once shipped, orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited to:

Pull results or odds
-
Expected value
-
Market price changes
-
Language or region misunderstandings
2. Opened or Tampered Products
Any product that has been:

Opened
-
Unsealed
-
Had shrink wrap or factory seal removed

Tampered with in any way is immediately ineligible for any refund, replacement, or dispute.
3. Exceptions - Our Error Only
We will only consider a replacement or refund if:

You received the incorrect sealed product, or

The product arrived damaged due to shipping
To qualify:

You must contact us within 2 days of delivery

You must provide clear photos of:

The sealed product
-
Original packaging
-
Shipping label

We reserve the right to approve or deny any claim at our sole discretion.
4. Manufacturer Issues
Manufacturer-related issues (including misprints, missing cards, or factory errors) are outside our control.

We do NOT guarantee manufacturer replacement

Buyers may need to contact the manufacturer directly
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the order is handed to the carrier

Shipping insurance is strongly recommended
6. Chargebacks & Fraud
Initiating a chargeback for a sealed product that was delivered as described may result in:

Permanent account ban

Order cancellation
-
Evidence submission to payment processors
