Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Swivels Card Shop. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders of sealed trading card products shipped within the United States only. We apologize but we DO NOT ship Internationally at the moment.

1. Shipping Availability

  • We currently ship within the United States only

  • We do NOT offer international shipping

  • Orders with non-US shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation

  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays

  • Processing times may be extended during:

    • New product releases

    • High-volume sales

    • Pre-orders

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

3. Seled Product Handling

  • All products are shipped factory sealed and unopened

  • We do not open, inspect, weigh, or modify sealed products

  • Minor cosmetic wear to outer packaging (box, shrink wrap) may occur during manufacturing or shipping and does not affect the sealed status of the product

4. Shipping Carriers & Methods

We ship using trusted US carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

  • Tracking is provided on all eligible shipments

  • Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders

5. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Delivery time estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit

  • Weather, holidays, or carrier issues may affect delivery times

6. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the package is handed to the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

  • Theft after delivery

  • Delays or routing errors caused by the carrier

We strongly recommend selecting insured shipping for high-value sealed products.

7. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 2 days of the delivery date

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • The shipping box

    • The sealed product

    • The shipping label

We will assist with carrier claims where applicable but do not guarantee replacements or refunds for sealed products.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed, returned, or lost

  • Returned packages due to address errors may not be eligible for reshipment or refund

  • Additional shipping fees may apply

9. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order release dates are estimates only

  • Orders will ship after products are officially released and received

  • Delays caused by manufacturers or distributors are beyond our control

10. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be restricted from shipment due to:

  • Carrier policies

  • State or local regulations

  • Manufacturer limitations

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be shipped legally or safely.
